Project Teams
An integrated group of dedicated professionals

Weaver Boos is comprised of a diverse group of talented professional engineers, geologists, land surveyors; environmental scientists, CADD designers, field technicians and more. Each project is led by a Weaver Boos principal or senior project manager who assembles a dedicated team of professionals and support staff best suited to meet the specific project requirements.

Weaver Boos believes that the success of a project is benefited by a high level of involvement by key senior personnel. This participation helps to facilitate good communication, focused efforts, and the attention to detail that our clients have come to appreciate. Most importantly, it helps to facilitate project completion on time and within budget.

Weaver Boos continually looks for ways to improve our service. We place great importance on soliciting and implementing client feedback through Project Performance Questionnaires, regularly sent to clients throughout each project. Our clients' participation is voluntary, but those that do respond often provide insightful and constructive feedback. This program helps us to stay connected with our clients' needs and expectations, and demonstrates our commitment to listening to our clients and providing quality service.
